Introducing: The Chishiki Podcast

For the past few years, I've been taking on long-term projects that typically last a year to firstly, learn a new skill through the process while enhancing some already existing skills; second, explore new habits to inculcate into my life for the longer term; and third, have fun creating something new along the way. Some past projects include publishing a novel and performing stand-up comedy.

Having spent the bulk of my time indoors over the past few months, which I will possibly continue to do so for the foreseeable future, the next project to take on has been an indoor-friendly one.

Usually, projects like this have taken the path of, "Hey, I enjoy consuming this!" to "I wonder if I can do something like this myself and be good at it?" to "Alright, I've got to give this a shot and see how it goes". When I reach that third stage is when I take up a new project.

And a while ago, I finally crossed that chasm for podcasts.

I've been listening to podcasts from as far back as 2012, and the quantity has really shot up in the last three years. And I've been pondering the idea of creating one for close to a year now.

However, it still took a while to make the time commitment and to kickstart working on it. And finally, a few weeks ago, I started working on it with my good friend, Vikas.

And together, we have now launched The Chishiki Podcast, where each week, we explore a topic that has been on our minds in relative depth. These could be anything that we found interesting, learnt from or simply felt would be a good conversation for us. If you've liked the ideas on this blog, then you'll find The Chishiki podcast a natural extension.

Do give it a listen, and let me know what you think.

I'd really appreciate your feedback!
