I watched this documentary 'Stutz' by Jonah Hill, which is about his therapist - Stutz.

This is rich in practical tools and the conversation between Jonah and Stutz flows so naturally that this was a very inspiring watch.

One of the key takeaways for me was how a sense of purpose is vital for us to stay motivated in the things we do. And in the absence of that, to focus on the three basics of taking care of our body (physical health), of the people around us (social community), and ourselves (through writing / journaling). 

Doing these three will prime us to discover / identify a sense of purpose that we align with.
