Solve the Problem

There is abundant information on what the best practices are, what the top individuals in any domain do, what the ideal ways to approach a situation are.

The way to get there is not by changing smaller things in the way we are doing them, one at a time.

Changing just the post-wake-up routine but not changing anything else in our days is likely not sustainable.

This is especially harder when it involves collaboration. One person making a change while the rest of the team doesn't isn't helpful, and will only lead to more frustration and roadblocks.

The right way to go about it is to pick one small problem at a time and solve for just that, and make all the changes needed for it.

Otherwise, we build up frustration and come back to square one.
