Do what you say you'll do

That's the easiest way to build trust. When you say something and follow through. Both as a person and as a company. Live up to the promises you make.

The flip side is true as well. The easiest way to lose trust is to not do what you say you'll do.

The interesting thing is that we completely control the situation. Both the saying and the doing. We control what we say and whether we do what we say.

So, if there is a lack of trust, we know where the responsibility lies.
